Judy holds an MBA and leads a dynamic international recruitment organization employing 10 associates. She is the owner
and CEO of a successful Executive Recruitment Firm in Orange County with over 18 years of business development and
recruitment experience, including negotiating and offering new careers to both engineers and executives. Results driven
team leader with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing goals. Creative problem solving entrepreneur with high
aptitude comprehension and an increased knowledge of technical skills with the ability to understand and undertake risks
to operate in challenging environments. Assertive individual with natural revenue generating results and outstanding
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A professional who enables successful engagements with all levels
of corporate hierarchy.
Prior to establishing and building her current company, she owned a high-tech production company
that created and designed interactive games. Previous positions held before RSI include; The Walt Disney Company and
Ernst & Young as their Marketing Executive.

Michael LaFrenier, Sr. Technical Recruiter
Michael holds a B.S in Communications with a minor in Business from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He is responsible
for leading the delivery of recruiting solutions and managing search activities ranging from confidential Executive
searches to senior level High Technology and Engineering. Michael has 5 years of solutions focused technical recruiting
experience, he started his career as a technical recruiter for a large privately held recruiting firm based out of
Boston, MA focusing on business development and full lifecycle recruiting.
He moved to Southern California from Boston, MA to pursue his passion for technical recruitment and joined Roberts & Sellers
Inc in 2007. Since joining the team Michael has successfully led multiple search activities for companies such as BMC Software,
General Atomics, Lockheed Martin, Perkin Elmer, Mindspeed Technologies among a few of them, as well as many highly successful
private organizations and start-up companies. He brings with him an established network of industry experts across a variety
of verticals that rely upon his expertise to connect them with Technologies leading organizations.
Michael has a keen sense of business knowledge as well as an entrepreneurial background to think out of the box and
deliver upon some of the most difficult and complex searches. As each search is vastly different, he has a proven successful
track record of developing solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs of each client.
